Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via DHL Express shipping.
You will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped, which you can use to track the status of your package.
Shipping Time:
2-4 business day to USA, Canada, France, UK.
4-8 business day to other countries.
Order Handling Time:
Products will be shipped in 1-2 business days (except holidays and weekends)
Shipping Fee:
Orders more than USD$50 are Free Shipping to USA, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Belgium and many other countries.
Orders No more than USD$50 also other hair accessories and hair tools, shipping fee is requires, the fee depends on the destination countries also the weight of the package. Shipping fee will be calculated automatically while checkout. While if you order them along with the hair products that’s free shipping there’s no extra shipping fee.
Notes:
- Sorry we do Not ship to P.O./APOBOX address because all packages are signature required for the secure of the package and payment, please enter a regular address.
- Customs Duty/Tax is Not Covered, if the package was rejected by the buyer when buyer refused to pay for the Customs Duty/Tax, the buyer will be responsible for the fee caused during the return of the rejected packages.
