1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please contact us and let us know your order number, we will check if your order is qualify for return, if it is, we will send you the return instructions.
2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER QUALIFY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
All merchandise qualify for returns must stay in its original condition, which including: unworn, unwashed, lace uncut, no heat or dye applied, nothing sprayed on the hair, also have the original package & gifts attached.
Note: NO Return for Customized Color Wigs( All wigs with colors).
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Yes, you will need to pay for the shipping fee back and any fee it might caused during the return.
For Exchange, you will also need to pay for the shipping fee of the new item shipped to you.
4. WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD?
Refund/Exchange is accepted within 7 Days after receiving the order, please send us the tracking info after it's shipped.
5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? WILL I RECEIVE FULL REFUND?
If the return is due to seller’s problem (such as: sent the wrong products, quality issues), we will process a full refund after receiving the returned item;
If the return is due to buyer’s problem (such as: do not need it anymore, do not like it, do not look good on me, ordered the wrong length/density/texture), a fee will be deducted from the total amount as handling fee, range from 15% to 35% which depends on the exact product.
Once the returned item is received and confirmed in good condition, we will process the refund, which will be processed automatically to your original card or payment method.
Please contact us before shipping anything back. If you return it without contacting us, we do not ensure the refund.
