1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please contact us and let us know your order number, we will check if your order is qualify for return, if it is, we will provide you a return address and instructions.

 

2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER QUALIFY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

All merchandise qualify for returns must stay in its original condition, which including: unworn, unwashed, lace uncut, no heat or dye applied, nothing sprayed on the hair, also have the original package & gifts attached.

Note: NO Return for Customized Color Wigs(mainly wigs with colors).

 

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Yes, you will need to pay for the shipping fee back and any fee it might caused during the return.

For Exchange, you will also need to pay for the shipping fee of the new item shipped to you.

Note: we’d suggest you ship back with USPS which is more affordable.

We will pay for the shipping fee when there’s quality problem of the product.

 

4. WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Refund/Exchange is accepted Within 7 Days after receiving the order, please ship it back within 10 Days after receiving the order, send us the tracking info so we can keep track of the package and let you know when it arrive.

 

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund will be processed to the original payment method when the returned package arrived and confirmed in good condition.
